True Form Collision Repair, Inc. guarantees all services performed with the exception of rust, to be free from defects in workmanship for as long as you own the vehicle with exception to Motorhomes & Recreational Vehicles which have a 1 year Warranty. This Warranty covers only repairs made necessary due to workmanship and said repairs must be performed by True Form Collision Repair, Inc. We will be responsible for making any necessary repairs, but not for any incidental or consequential damages. This warranty does not cover conditions resulting from misuse, negligence, alterations, accidents, rock chips or rust. Partial Repairs instead upon and so ordered by client are not covered under this warranty nor will True Form Collision Repair, Inc.accept any liability for such repairs. If the insurance company that is paying for the repairs has required the use of Non-OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) parts, it will void this warranty with respect to the fit and the finish of our repairs.. This express warranty is in lieu of any other express or implied warranties and there is no implied warranty of merchantability or other warranties.
